Your day on the water is secured once your deposit has cleared.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your trip will receive a full refund of the deposit or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the trip, or failure to attend, will also result in the loss of your deposit.

We fish in most conditions—after all, a bit of weather is part of the experience—but if river levels or conditions make things unsafe, we’ll rearrange your day or issue a full refund.

Safety on the water is key. All anglers are expected to follow guidance throughout the day. If behaviour puts safety or the experience at risk, the trip may be ended without refund.
