We offer optional liability coverage for customers at an additional cost of £10 per person, providing added peace of mind during your time on the water.

Customers who choose not to purchase this optional coverage will be required to sign a waiver prior to departure. This waiver confirms that you understand and accept the inherent risks associated with fly fishing and outdoor activities.

Nothing in this policy or waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fly Life Scotland shall not be liable for loss, damage, or incidents arising from risks inherent to the activity.

We encourage all customers to carefully consider their options and ensure they are comfortable with their chosen level of protection.
